A growing community of people leaders

Come along to Growers gatherings

We bring together our curious and collaborative community of people, HR and learning leaders for monthly roundtables and other purposeful gatherings — hosted virtually and in-person across our partners' places of work. A chance to shine a light on individual and collective challenges, exploring and experimenting together, while pulling in the perspectives of welcome experts in the field.

Here you'll see coming Growers gatherings, and how to sign up.

May Virtual Gathering — Becoming Stressilient, with Dr. Sam Akbar
May Virtual Gathering — Becoming Stressilient, with Dr. Sam Akbar

Stress isn't always bad, in small doses it keeps us focused and motivated to act. But too much of it can be very negative indeed, and the challenge is keeping regulated, self-aware and within the right zone for our own optimum performance and wellbeing. Dr. Sam Akbar will walk us through the principles and key science behind her stress-busting book Stressilience, and share the most relevant and practical exercises within it. We'll be digging into the neuroscience behind stress, pull the perspectives of those along into the conversation — and work through some important and immediately relevant exercises together.

18.05.23 - 9.30am to 11am. Learn more here.
